My First Post



               My name is Mary Carter. Lately I've been thinking I should start a blog. Now I'm very talkative and I thought a blog would be a great way to talk without talking. If that makes any sense. I had a blog when I was little, (Well it was just a few years ago but I will continue) and my blog had book reviews on it. I would read a book (for example; The War That Saved My Life) and then I would talk about how much I liked the book, how appropriate it was for my age group, and if I would recommend it to anybody. And after a few days I forgot about it and stopped posting, but back to what I was saying. I thought a blog would be a fun idea. A lot of the time people post about health, hobbies, the arts, work, etc.... but on this blog I want to talk about my life. So to kick this thing of I'm going to give you some facts about me. I have two dogs. A poodle named Brady, and a golden-doodle named Phoebe. I also have four cats. Now I don't know what their breeds are because they were all strays. The first three are brother and sister and were all found on the back of a truck with no mother. The only girl in the brother sister group is named Chloe. She looks like a calico but we are not positive. Next we have Oliver. Oliver is my little baby. He follows me around and is just so sweet. Fun fact about Oliver he is cross eyed and overweight. Next there is Simon. Simon is probably the smartest of the group. He was meant to be my moms cat, but he took a liking to my brother. The last cat we just recently adopted. We found her when we were traveling and looked all around for her owner. We looked for missing cat signs, we sent out a neighborhood e-mail, and called the lost a found place. We also took her to the vet to see if she had a microchip, but she didn't. We decided if we couldn't find her home we would take her back home with us. We named her Sugar because she is solid white. She is also just a kitten. When the vet looked at her teeth they said she looked about six or seven months old. Now those are all the pets I have. Now, lets talk about siblings. I have two brothers, and two sisters. I'm the oldest. My youngest sibling is named Elizabeth. She is one year old. My second youngest sibling is Cora Brooke. She is three years old. Then the next sibling is Brigham. (But we call him Briggs.) The second oldest is William. William and Elizabeth are the only ones who live with me. Why don't my other siblings live with me you may ask? That is because my parents are divorced. But they both got remarried. William is my only full sibling. Now for some fun facts about me. I am hyper-flexible. I'm also double jointed! I like to do contortion in my free time. I also am obsessed with horses. I did gymnastics when I was really little all the way up until last year.
